Description
Innovative use of smart analytics to optimize customer interaction and operational efficiency in Segmüller stores: In October 2022, furniture retailer Segmüller launched a pioneering initiative in collaboration with Ariadne Technology to introduce innovative tracking solutions and analysis functions in all stores. This technology enables the recording and evaluation of visitor frequencies, dwell times and movement flows in both indoor and outdoor areas. Of particularly note is the fact that the German data protection authority has confirmed the anonymity of data collection and processing, which means that the technology can be used widely, for example in retail stores, shopping centers, airports and even cities.
In close cooperation with Segmüller, we focus on optimizing staff scheduling, increasing conversion rates & frequency per brand as well as efficient space design and brand positioning. In addition, we implemented A-B testing of store management, ensured the control of marketing measures and events as well as the recording of footfall measurements and turn-in rates through promotions.
