Since 2018, Vitracom GmbH, a spin-off from the Fraunhofer Institute based in Karlsruhe, became part of Crosscan and who are one of the leading pioneers in the field of 2D and 3D sensor development. Since February 2020, Crosscan is the digital subsidiary of the Trilux Group.
