Crate&Barrel uses the Glympse location data platform to enhance their product delivery by providing real-time geolocation visibility and transparency as to when their customer can expect to receive the goods they purchased.
Crate&Barrel uses the Glympse En Route and the Glympse Software Development Kit (SDK) to provide real-time geolocation services for both customers and employees. These location services allow Crate&Barrel to capture and process location data on a large scale. The Glympse platform also enables Crate&Barrel and their customers to better visualize where their people, products, and assets are during the course of a product‘s delivery or store pickup. The data provided allows Crate&Barrel to make well-informed business decisions based on reliable data.
